Delivery Information

Delivery Charge
For locations at commercial areas, no delivery charge is required for orders of HK$500 or above. Other locations will be subject to delivery charge.  please check with our staff for details.
We will try to accommodate the requested delivery time but will be subject to traffic situations.
Valentine’s Day collection and Mid autumn collection are not applicable to routine delivery charges. please check with our staff for details.

Delivery Schedule:

Delivery Services Period
Monday - Sunday (except special dates)
09:00 am - 7:00 pm
please call us before you place the order if you need the delivery time is not within the above period

Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery only for orders placed before 12:00 am
no same day delivery on Sundays & Public Holidays.
To maintain the best quality, please place orders ASAP to let us do a better job!

Residential Delivery
Delivery to residential addresses are normally from 4pm - 7pm unless special request.
Home number & mobile number of the recipients are necessary to make sure someone will be at the delivery address.
An extra charge is needed if we had to re-deliver again if nobody at the address.

Delivery Cut-off time
Please place the orders at least 24 hours before delivery
For large quantity or special items orders, please allow 4-7 working days
For project jobs, please call us for actual working days
