A1, YES! We understand our customers sometimes may need to send flowers in the same day due to special reasons. We will try to fulfill every customer's needs. According to seasons or lack of supply, pls understand that we may use substitute flowers of similar style for those urgent orders.

Q2, Does it need charge for the delivery?

A2, We provide FREE delivery among most commercial areas, pls see delivery charge information for more details.

Q3, How can I know what is being sent to my friend finally?

A3, Don't Worry! Under customers' requests, we will email photos of the finished flower arrangements to customers.  Our IT staff will upload the photos within 24 hours, but it may takes longer time for peak seasons.  So, don't forget to let us know your email address.

Q4, How to be a Living Colors' VIP?  What is the special offer for Living Colors' VIP?

A4, Customers purchase over $3000 in one time or accumulated purchases over $4000 will be invited as our VIP.
Living Colors' VIP enjoys a 10% discount on every purchase (except promotional items).

Q5, Can I send flowers to overseas? 

A5, Sure!  Just give us address & tel of the receipent, he/she will receive the flowers on the next day.  Pls call our staff for more details.
